About Us Corporate History
- March 1966
- Established by Keizo Nishimura. After starting in general retail, the company grew as the largest import and export trader in tack and equestrian supplies.
- November 1995
- Ownership of all stock transfered to THE JAPAN WOOL TEXTILE CO., Ltd. (headquarters: Osaka) of which the company became a subsidiary.
- 2001
- Established a new joint factory in Yantai, China.
- 2008
- Established SOYO EUROPE BVBA in Roeselare, Belgium to manage European sales.
Exports of equestrian products include the "Wembly brand", served primarily by a joint factory in Korea, which is primarily sold in Europe. In particular, the brand holds a top share in the world for equestrian helmets.
Further, imports and exports of equestrian products also feature the "Cavallo" brand, familiar and trusted throughout the world with the top share of the domestic equestrian industry.
